In terms of jungle matchups this is what I think is the easiest.
-Amumu
-Ekko
-Evelynn
-Fiddlesticks
-J4
-Karthus
-Kayn
-Lillia
-Reksai
-Volibear
She really excels against junglers that have a poor early clear as you can easily kill them in their own jungle if played correctly.
However Elise is highly focused on ganking lanes so even if the jungle matchup is weak its more about what lanes you should gank !
