Hi @ NiUG, I have created a jungle guide and I know how he works in the jungle from personal experience, so I'm confused about this build.
You list the build, but have secondary instead of with . Why is this?
You also list a standard top item set instead of one that plays around 's utility aspect which is the main part of the setup?
This build just doesn't make sense to me at all.

After recent nerfs to his tank build I feel like I want to offer my team something more than engage. This build is more about getting early lead, taking control of enemy jungle and securing objectives. I know that my ganks would be much more predictable and clear won't be as good as Cinderhulk builds. At the same time Chilling Smite combined with BOTRK active and runes give me enough mobility to chase down most champs.

btw. maybe it works beacause of my elo, but still there might be people like me for whom it makes sense ;)
