How to play the top laner Ekko？conqueror riftmaker or electrocute hextech rocketbelt？

Hey I got a question, when you go conqueror, do you build the same thing as normal Ekko or is it different? Anyways for taking your time to read this.

You can do the same build, but if the enemy team is very tanky you should try Riftmaker -> Nashor's -> Void Staff -> Situational (Probably Raba or even Cosmic Drive works)

Great guide btw but I'm just a little confused on why you go nashors and why go nashors before lich bane. I don't know if it has anything to do with the new update since I don't understand anything yet.

It was the best go to build before because Nashor's spiked harder than Lich Bane as a second item in a split pushing style. Now I am still not sure what the best build is because Riot keeps changing the AP items. We'll see soon.

(sorry if this was covered in the guide, but i couldn't find it.) Why do you go Magical Footwear instead of Biscuit Delivery? ps. huge props to the amount of time and effort put into this, this is awesome, the matchup spreadsheet has been my bible for some of the more rougher matchups so ty for that haha.

Biscuit Delivery is in the same row as Minion Demat, and you wouldn't give up Minion Demat for Biscuits. But maybe you meant why Magical Footwear over Time Warp Tonic? Time Warp Tonic is good for early aggression, but Time Warp doesn't really give anything but 5% ms. The instant potion healing isn't that big of a deal. I go Magical Footwear because I need the 10 bonus movement speed because I don't go Lich Bane, and I also never buy boots early so it doesn't hurt me to not get boots until 10-12 minutes.
