because it doesn't heal based off damage, it damages you and it heals him seperately

It heals a percentage of the damage done, and then 100% of his ability power.

Vladimir drains the lifeforce of his target, dealing 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+0.6 per ability power) magic damage and healing himself for 17.5 / 28.75 / 40 / 51.25 / 62.5 (+0.25 per ability power).

It used to heal for a percentage of damage done. That was one of the first things nerfed on him. Now it is as Jebus has posted above.

Noc shield is fairly ****py due to delay on it happening. You often get a shield AFTER getting a hit by a spell.
Best shield is morgana if you are skilled with her no matter what.

The only "shield" that is better is Kylie ultimate.

yeah i feel that delay on nocs shield. like i know amumu/blitz is gonna grab me so i shield. then they grab and shield never goes off. wtf.

He has that damn animation that **** up everything, and the shield lasts only 2 sec so if you cant anticipate a hit it will be just a waste.

It is a perfect Karthus ulti eater or ryze prison eating.

In those 2 situations it is realy easy to get it blocked. They have to either make the shield pop faster or last longer... and nerf Q :P

Oh, well... Was this changed recently? I swear it was 100% of ability power.
