League of Legends (LoL) Question: Champs with heil of blades?

From what I can see the champs that run HoB well are
- Azir
- Bard
- Braum (situational)
- Draven
- Gnar
- Jax
- Kai'Sa
- Kalista
- Master Yi

- Poppy (Not a joke actually insane rune on jg bruiser or lethality Poppy)
- Pyke
- Quinn
- Rek'Sai
- Renekton
- Rengar
- Sett (Situational)
- Tahm Kench
- Teemo
- Tristana
- Tryndamere
- Twitch
- Vayne
- Vi
- Xin Zhao

Actually there is quite a large amount of Hail of Blades champions (or at least, larger then you may think). Some notable users can be Xin Zhao, Tristana, Pyke, Kai'Sa, Kalista, Draven (some versions ofc), Crit Bard and AP Twitch. I have also seen some top lane Vayne players prefering this over Press the Attack as well.

Three of the best examples are Vayne, Kaisa, and Twitch.

Tahm Kench benefits a lot and is quite fun to play with Hail of Blades. I've also used it on Tristana for easier E procs and a lot of people seem to prefer it for Kai'Sa but I don't actually know her skills.

Lethal Tempo is not preferred because of the 1.5 sec delay and it's a smaller attack speed boost (adc uses it more for the increased attsp cap).
