Definitely viable, I'd recommend taking it into strong poke lanes such as jhin or Caitlyn as that's where you'll get the most value from it

I am main ADC and I never really felt like playing Vayne, but I tried her out the other day in ARAM and I have to say.. VAYNE IS A BROKEN CHAMPION!!! and I decided to get her in the next weeks or months (depends on my blue essences), so, I will save your guide for later!
