I find that Bork is a better 2nd item then rageblade, as it helps with kiting. Also a boots rush will go a mile over noonquiver. Other than that Mortal Reminder is better than chainsword 9/10 because it stacks better with rageblade.

The reason I recommend to get chainsword over Mortal Reminder is that the extra beefiness the item gives actually goes a long way on Vayne, I've found that having that extra health in the lategame teamfights can most often save you from dying. I recommend trying it out with this hail of blades build!

There is no doubt that rageblade 2nd item is much stronger on Vayne. RageBlades insane on-hit passive on VAyne is just too strong to ignore, and the bonus attack speed along side it makes it an excellent item to hard stomp. We have to remember that rageblade double procs both Krakenslayer AND silver bolts.
