Shen is a decent jungler... he is extreamly slow though and cant take on dragon as quickly or early as most of the better junglers such as fiddlesticks/olaf/shaco...
Shen is also one of the best laners in the game, making him jungle is just such an insult to shen's potential.
If I do jungle with shen I run a double jungle Shen+amumu and believe me... it rapes face :D (as long as people can 1v2)

Very outdated video DEWO. And kinda fail jungling too.
Shen can jungle fine, but can't start at golem without help or recalling. He's good, but not great.
