Made a slight edit to the skill order. I take a 2nd point in E level 4, and max Q at level 8. It helps early if you get invaded and for clearing, especially with a blue buff start.

I actually used this rune and item build in his standard top lane. made some amends to item order and contents to better suit his skills and voila, it shredded a Vayne top lane
