Vex is extremely powerful at the moment, so I bet that if I try your proposed runes and item sets I will win my lane instantly.

Very good job! Altough cosmic drive gives you ability haste and speed you need horizon focus to do more dmg with your q and the follow up abilities.

Yup! I learned last week that I was definitely undervaluing horizon focus and I had the guide updated but was waiting on my coder. It's been updated to show the current build which is Ludens > Horizon > Zhonya :D

Howdy, Taco! I am wondering, what is the value of Seraph's/Archangel's on Vex? I run it in my games and I dont know if its worth it to swap it out for other items. I feel like its pretty good on Vex, but I would like to hear from an outside source.

In my opinion, you don't benefit that much from Seraph's Embrace (tear) because you don't have mana problems and your kit doesn't benefit off the total amount of mana you have unlike some champions that love that item. You have enough protection with your shield too and you'd rather focus on damage items as well as play making items! The item also takes a lot of time to come online while you want to use build paths that make you strong early-mid game so you can snowball and take control of the game!
