I'm having this kind of problem. I just finished writing my first guide today and published it. Then I noticed that it showed wrong title on my build and fixed it. Didn't work on first time but when I got it to work, the build I saw was missing all the stuff I had written today and yesterday evening. There was just 3 chapters instead of 13 that I had totally written.
It's also weird that this happened when I was logged out. When I logged in, everything seemed to work. I did hit the publish button after saving so that shouldn't be the problem. If there is some easy solution to this that I can't find out just because I'm dumb noob then sorry, but please help me. :)

I am having the same issue. I can see any changes that I make, but no one else can and I cannot when I am logged out.
Matt, I think there's still the problem that you don't get the "you are viewing a draft of you guide" at the top of the page.
"Moral justification is a powerful disengagement mechanism. Destructive conduct is made personally and socially acceptable by portraying it in the service of moral ends." - Albert Bandura
"Ultimately, if people lose their willingness to recognize that there are times in our history when legality becomes distinct from morality, we aren't just ceding control of our rights to government, but our futures." - Edward Snowden
