Well Jet, if he eventualy gets a bloodrazor to that 2.5 AS... buuut...
2xPD + Bloodrazor + TF = 110% + 40% + 30% + 80% = 260% AS that is hmmm way over 2.5 AS cap XD for hard cap you need about 205% AS

Searz and DEWO. its a similar build to wick'd Ive had alot of luck with it.. note im level 30, and my scores have been 36-1-14... and my friend had a 50-6-14 (with a penta) with that build... i can provide screenshots if you want. Try it first. kthx

I get around 600 crit damage nearly every hit, I give them a slow, have crazy speed and my Q actually does damage (+ i get an awesome after effect which boosts my damage more).. Please try the build before commenting on how it is "fail" just because it doesnt sound good in theory.

I sincerely doubt that top elo players play Yi with TF unless they are trolling. TF is however I look at it a stupid item to buy on Yi. His cooldowns are way too long to allow more than one proc per fight and skill. The whole resetting CDs on kill thing might make it decent, but it relies 100% on kills for damage and that seems kinda stupid..
You should probably replace the TF with IE and one PD with Ghostblade. You need one source of ArP to maximize your damage. The active on Ghostblade also has perfect synergy with your ult.
