good in-depth guide, have a question about lich bane, I've seen so many eve's building it even as early as the first item, is it worth it? does any of the eve's abilities do on hit or it's just for more burst?

applies on-hit, but going first after mythic gives you everything that you need, pure Oneshot potential with insane damage. is always worse as the second item, Rabadon always outdamage it. Only situation I build is as my 5th or 6th item vs , , , etc... In that case, you can potentially kill them with + without them using their ultimates. Also other situation you can build is when you are super snowballing and you have bad base timings with less than 1250- gold for .
TL;DR seems really nice on her, but it's bait item that is always worse than
