Quick tip to play against Vayne top: Edge of Night is your friend. Aatrox with Ghost or Exhaust, Edge of Night, and boots destroys Vayne. Garen does the same thing. Vayne can't E you away if you have a spellshield.

Most of the champions I play in ranked are countered by Vayne, so I used to ban her, even though she wasnt a popular pick in my rank (gold). With this guide, I now play better against this champion by just all-ining at like level 6. My ban is now Darius because he is broken.
