I have some questions about the runes that you suggest playing with:
-Why Dark Harvest? It's not a DPS Keystone and it requires enemies to be really low HP to proc, which makes it hard to counter healing. Wouldnt Conqueror be good on this champion? he has synergy with the precision tree and he can obtain/retain Conqueror stacks while in passive. It also allows him to become a DPS MONSTER while fully stacked and alive

Dark harvest allows you to kill low ennemies all around the map with you're R (as it is better when ennemies are low HP). You can stack it very easily with your R (as it is pretty difficult to kill with it until you do not have a lot of stacks and items).
I have never thought about conqueror, actually it is true that you stack it pretty easily and all, but i think that the damages you gain with Dark Harvest is better than the one with conqueror, i should give it a try. First strike is pretty good too, i play it when i am mid or APC, but i can't play Karthus without Dark Harvest
