Build is updated with BF sword early spike and rushing Shojin as first item. I had over %70 WR+ with this build path. Boots > Shojin > Muramana > Drakthar > Death's Dance (MAW if AP enemy) > Black Cleaver

With the recent nerf to hecarim, I can't win a game with this build anymore. I tried Conq.and built tank build and finally won a game. Seems this damage build is done for now.

Build was absolutely insane before nerf, now because of the damage change I feel that going full damage doesn't offset the lack of tankiness.

Tried this build in multiple games and it just stomps. i've had so much fun with this build.
also first base with ionian boots and tear is 1350 gold

My thoughts on 12.23 Patch - Ravenous Hydra nerfs.

With the changes to Hydra now, is it still worth building?

Definitely. I've been testing so much lately due to nerfs on Omnivamp stacking and AOE damage but yet still this is the most efficient build on Hecarim without a doubt.

I think you made a mistake in this guide. "PERSONAL PERMABAN - If there is an experienced Veigar player in the game he will prison you in his W around teamfights to stop your impact." Veigar's cage is bound to E, not W.
