Well i think that jak'sho is great on him it give more sustain overall with the armor/mr and the kind life drain however without hearsteel you loose Q size, hp, ap (if you have demonic) and the damage from the hearsteel stack.
So you can use the jak'sho it will make you tankier, the problem is that you loose a great amount of damage / shield allowing you less likely to kill the enemy by yourself. :)

I used to play tahm kench in the jungle, or mid. do you think it will be pertinent to do 1 single core build for heach lane ? should i do 4 set group for each role and then put core, best option and situational items ? i really dont know whatt kind of format people like the most.
