AP Blitzcrank: The Blitzcrank Special
Haven't ran the math for First Strike, but the bonus damage and extra gold is nice if you can trigger it. If you want to play for early game with The Blitzcrank Special, then First Strike wouldn't be a bad alternative. That being said, I still believe Dark Harvest will benefit you more as the game goes on longer.
If you can land hooks from far away, it can be a decent alternative. It's cheaper than most of the other items in the updated build now.
