In terms of viability, these two items are very strong on her, especially when looking to chase down and kill your target.

Now, as for someone starting on , stick to her standard on-hit build and mostly focus on farming and learning trading patterns. Also, make sure to focus on good base timings (usually done after shoving a wave), but sometimes you'll have to back if you have low health (to make sure you don't give the enemy a reason to dive you under the turret).
