Rakan Guide
Rakan Chiro(The Assassin Rakan)
Technically AP Rakan is possible on toplane, but you'll have to deal a lot with lane bullies like Fiora or Riven. If it is against something less oppressive like a Malphite it might work well. I'd just recommend you to build a more bruiser focused build with RoA and Rift Maker! On toplane I'd also recomment you to put points in Q and W only, since you are pretty much on your own, so you put your first point in E at Level 8.
