I was looking over the rules for it and I noticed, why is the contest void in Florida and Quebec?
Seems like odd places to not have the contest be valid in.

Probably something with the contest/game that has something in it's therms of use/things alike that isn't allowed in Florid and Quebec :3

Meh, I won't say it's bad until I've tried it.

Prolly gonna be bad though.

Cluster bombing from B-52s is very, very accurate -- the bombs always hit the ground.
