why do you have utility masteries if you only have 80 ap and 8.5 magic pen
Second build has ap quints, but otherwise is pretty ok.
I would use a Morello's Evil Tome in place of the Rylai's personally.
Edit: It seems that by reading the comments, you used to have a lot of CDR, but then removed it...
I forgot to mention that neither build is CDR capped.

I only use this build because its the best but I would take ap runes^^
Thanks! I like the padding of extra health since Dorans isn't recommended and the AP wont provide much extra damage. I would however take it if you wanted to go more DPS with sorc boots, void staff, rylais, and abyssal scepter. May be able to throw in a rabadons if you are unkillable too.
your seals arent that good as morde, the MR or armor seals would be more beneficial.
No need considering I like to rush Armor/MR as soon as you go back. It wouldn't help at all later game with how much armor this build actually gets.
