+1 however, I would say picking Q once is very help full for the extra harras ranged, the ability to bust spell shields, the tiny extra burst, etc.

A lot of people don't seem to get that TF is pretty much a Teemo with a stun instead of blind can be played both AD/AS and AP i play tf with AS boots ,Sword of the divine Bloodrazor, Stark's, and frozen mallet if im getting focused ill grab a G.A. if im not ill buy a gunblade

0-0 too much attack speed early on with no added damage except the passives. Maybe, get at least the pickaxe for the Madred's in between the Malady and the Wit's End? IDK, but I will try this the next time I have a chance to play TF.
