Ye, after thinking a bit about it I agree with Jet.

I amend that last comment.
I've recently grown fond of jungling Nasus and getting Wriggles Lantern first, then Merc. Treads, and then getting a Warmogs as soon as I can.
The added HP from that item turns Nasus until a strong tank and allows him to build his last 3 items around the situation he is in.
Usually I'm trying to grab Trinity Force 4th and another tank item 5th. Sometimes I'll grab Sunfire Cape for 4th item though, if my team is light on tanks.

What precisely do you build first on Nasus, and what afterwards?
There needs to be some combination of the following: Boots of Speed, Merc Treads, Sheen, Trinity Force, Aegis.
But is it better to rush Triforce or go Sheen-Aegis-Triforce, or even Aegis-Sheen-Triforce? Where does Merc Treads come in?
