Singed could be a tank too cuz of his passive, maybe add some hp.

You might want to add some line breaks. The wall of text in the item section is a little hard on the eyes. I'm gonna recommended this to my bro who plays Singed and get back to you on the vote though. It looks good from what I see though.

Yeah it certainly help when the enemy won't give up on killing u and u kill them with your poison trail.

I saw you get people really mad and make them rage, nice build for breaking the opponents concentration

I dont have tehm on the itesm list but i mention in the items chapter that you can easily swap out the meijis for the socerers shoes.

Just a heads up! I noticed that this build does not have boots. I would recomened adding that to prevent troll voting

im gonna chec out thisbuil. i main singed and if not for catalyst his passive dosent come into play a whole lot. but interesting.
