Hey guys just a quick question; I'm wondering if anyone knows if the slow from Randuin's Omen (the passive, not the active) procs from abilities with on-hit effects.

Abilities like Ezreal's Mystic Shot and Gangplank's Parrrley.

So, does it proc or nay?

It procs.

Just to clear things up. When you take damage from Parrrley or Mystic Shot it can proc Randuin's Omen.

anivias wall does one damage? oh probably for turret aggro.

It will proc the passive (if you are lucky ofc since it is a 20% chance).
The thing with wall or zilean 1 damage ticks is that those do not provide on hit effects.

It works same for Thornmail.

It procs ONLY ON HIT. Parrrley and Mystic shot are on hit.
