Well I'm not basing your route on being slow on the fact you don't have smite, cause technically you don't need it, and it's useless towards the end, it is smart to take smite. But anyway, your order of jungle kills require you to do a lot of running and that takes up time. And your boot choice should be MP Boots if you are going with Sword of the Divine. And if you have blue buff, as much as you say you are in your jungling route, Catalyst isn't needed, i suggest Thornmail or another defensive item. and a good guide for warwick would be Dewo's. Especially for jungling.

This can potentially be a good guide but it's severely lacking in some areas.

1. It's a huge wall of text, try adding pictures to make it more interesting (check forums for the how to)
2. You need smite, there is no "maybe" or "it's faster/better" if you don't have smite don't bother jungling TBH.
Smite IS faster jungling, smite IS effective counter-jungling, smite IS safer jungling/securing of buffs.
3. The items are really meh. There are better items then you have here.

you need smite so that

a) if they have a jungler, they don't steal your buffs
b) for securing dragon and baron
c) so you can jungle faster
d) counter jungle easier (smite wraith, leave jungle, takes 0.5 seconds to do)
e) cause you're ****ing jungling

the fact you say it's useless tells me you're a terrible player
