I just won a ranked game, my 9th one. Before the match, I had low 1200s elo. After carrying the game with nocturne, my elo just shot up to 1309. Is this normal?

I'm in a ranked game currently. I was jungle Yi. Jax got mad after Ashe died, he died, and karthus died. He's now counter-jungling. Me.
