I am not really asking for awsome super scores, i mean games were you have really awsome teamwork. (if you watch the link you will know)

Carrying a 3v8 team with karthus to victory

We had 2 ppl that were feeding only (end stats of 0/15 and 0/13) (Annie and Teemo)
And they had mordekaiser that was getting a ghost from them :)
LB proc 3 shots tower down, pushed solo mid till end after 1 ace.
Me - Karthus
1 random - Soraka
2 random - Gragas

On topic: It's not quite solo game but, I queued up with a moba-member and I was playing Maokai (Hadn't played a month BTW). With a random other set of people, we took baron at roughly level 12, aced them and they surrendered soon after.

Best game would have to be:
Playing a 3v3 with 2 other randoms. My other two teammates had fed bad, 12 and 13 deaths :(
I was on 25 kills as Kat and had something like 850 AP. Both our inhibs were down and the nexus turret was also done, the nexus on 300 hp. The other team had a TF that was constantly BDing out nexus so i told my teammates to sit at the nexus and just defend. They managed to kill TF in 2 secs when he tried to BD while i got a double kill ace on the other two and all pushed into the base and won. Was the most awesome comeback ever.
