Ap is better than Sp in my opinion cuz your posion will do god dmg. You can kill ppl wit your mushys and get kills out of the blue, also add more to it u need a better discription of what u puted it on

BTW: Teemo without Flash is a pure Freekill.

Dorans blade is sure worst as boots and health potion... i have tryed it few times...and why i took teleport and ignite i will explane later in guide :)...and blidning dart i dont know why its better because 1 second blind only on one enemy doesnt change anything it will be same as poison...

I often played teemo and i would take Flash and ignite
Take at first the blinding dart it is much bettet
And buy dorans Blade First
