Hello guys here is my 3rd guide.1st guide wasnt so popular but the 2nd you liked a lot so there comes Ability power Teemo guide!

Dont get confused from cute face likebecause this little bastard can destroy your patience in a while.After 20 minutes playing with you as teemo your enemy will go mad :D

So lets start here is some stuff for beginning:

Background story...
As far as yordles are concerned, there is something slightly wrong with Teemo. While he enjoys - and in fact needs - the level of community and companionship inherent to all yordles, Teemo feels it so strongly that he ventures out on his own to destroy the enemies of Bandle City. There is something that switches off in Teemo, so that the lives he ends do not burden him. It seemed only logical to send him to fight in the League of Legends as the champion of Bandle City. He has taken to the League like a duck to water, seeking out the foes of the yordles and extinguishing them with the rare ajunta poison he personally gathers from the jungles of ***ungu. However, the limited company of his own kind wears on Teemo, and cracks are beginning to show in his innocent and chipper fade.

Noxious Trap - Teemo places an explosive poisonous trap using one of the mushrooms stored in his pack. If an enemy steps on the trap it will release a poisonous cloud, slowing enemies and damaging them over time.
Uses a stored mushroom to place a trap which detonates if an enemy steps on it, spreading poison to nearby enemies which slows movement speed by 30/40/50% and deals 250/475/700 (+0.8) magic damage over 4 seconds. Traps last 10 minutes.

Teemo forages for a mushroom every seconds, but he is only big enough to carry 3 at once.

Camouflage - If Teemo stands still and takes no actions for 3 seconds, he becomes stealthed indefinitely. After leaving stealth, Teemo gains the Element of Surprise, increasing his attack speed by 40% for 3 seconds.

You should start with boots and 3x health potion it gives you movement speed for chase/escape from fb and potion will help you to stay on line longer.Farm on mejani and buy it,if you know what to do and you wont die you wont lose stacks.The finish you boots to sorceres shoes.Buy archangels staff there it gives you mana and mana regen to placing mushrooms and it gives you ap so you can place more and stronger.So you have this items,follow it with Rabadons Deathcap whitch gives you lot lot lot of ap.Principle is more AP better for you worse for your enemy!Teemo is very vragile what brings you on first place in team fights that why i chose Zhonya hourglass.If you dont want to tank it then you should think about defence.Zhonya hourglass is perfect for you in that case.As last item i have chosen Void staff.Ap,magic penetration...What do you need more?!

Early
If you are on mid try to farm on items to lvl 6,at 6 go back buy teleport back and place mushrooms around your laneor you can teleport bot/top for gangs if your team need it.If you are on lane 2 v 2 like bot/top lanes then try to survive and farm.If you have spamer agains you and you are low just go back buy potions and teleport back.If it is critical ask mid to gang.At the beggining watch if someone has smite what mean he will go jungle (warwick,rammus,shaco,udyr,nunu...) in that case buy as soon as you can teleport to turret near ENEMYs blue buff stand there and wait in invisibility when the jungler is on low health kill him and then kill the golem (if you can) if not then just go on your lane with good feeling blue buff and 400 gold in pocket.
Mid
Mid game now you are king!!!Mid game has came and you should start your mushroom epmire.Place it to bush to see if someone come to gang you.Or place it to strategy good places like end of bush or beginning of bush to see if they hiding.Place one to Dragon for sure to see if they killing him try to steal it if yes.Place mushrooms in all places to avoid gangs to you or your team mates.
Late
Late game do same as mid game.In team fights place mushrooms on places when they can run to slow them for chase or place where you can run to slow them for escape.If you are totaly feeded or crazy place mushrooms in middle of team fight it will make sure great damage and slow.When you are in trouble place quick mushrooms and turn on zhonya hourglass DONT FORGET to do this.When you kill an enemy with Guardian angel put some mushrooms before him and behind him when he will stand up he has nowhere to run.In team fights focus fragile ones like spell casters or dps.If the have feeded dps shot "Q" skill on him for 2 sec. blind then give him all you can!!! To avoid questions why why why why why i will write here why i chose this one and why dont.

Teleport - i've chosen it for tactic reasons,say your team to chose teleport too and place mushroom on bush then all teleport there to gang.It realy working,or you can teleport to mushroom without been seen by enemy so you can place more and more or surprise them for behind,its useful for defending or pushing.

Ignite - ignite is good for all heroes (imo),its brilliant counter agains mundo.Always place ignite when mundo start his ulti it will cut hi health regen by 50%.And its good DoT spell in combination with your poison ability "E".

Flash - flash isnt bad option if you want you can pick it but i recomend that skills up.

Clarity - totaly stupid take clarity on teemo!

Heal - No way if you will heal it still wont be enouth to survive because teemo is from glass!

Ghost - You have hight ms without ghost,why need more?

Cleans - so vragile that even cleans wont help you.

Fortify - you can pick it but i will be stupid,its skill for supports.

Smite - no way jungling with teemo so DONT PICK IT.

Revive - you can try it but there is better skills.

Raily - i dont recomend it and dont use it.

Exhaust - good good good you can pick it if they have DPS heroes its good to slow if they chase you or you escapind,its useful in fight "E" ---> Exhaust ---> "E" skills its perfect killing combo,dps hasn o chance.

Clairvoyance - another support spell.

Good allies
Teemo can be on lane with anybody because its good dps who cares only about himself.
Try to be with stunners or healers. I didnt give here a mages or ranged heroes because 2 ranged on one lane is not good combination.
Alistar is good he has stun and heal to keep you longer on lane and he will tank fights and he has stun to hold enemy to going on you.
Blitzcrank he become very good ally from lvl 6 when he and you get ultimates he has stun (knock to the air) and he can bring your enemy on mushroom when you can slain them easily with silence.
Cho'gath has slow/stun,silence and does very good damage.
Evelynn has good stun and with ravage spell does with you deadly damage.
Kassadin has silence and slow it can help you in fight a lot.
Kayle this girl is rough,she has slow and heal to keep you both on lane for long and from lvl 6 she can protect you in team fights.
Mordekaiser - this harras king deal hell good damage in combination with your hight damage you can fully controll lane.
Olaf has slow,harras spell and great damage with your help you can dominate the game (in late game).
Pantheon great damage and stun you can help him a lot from behind.
Rammus is good ally for everybody and for teemo too. Stuns, slow, taunt, haste and DoT.Tihs guys is just perfect.
Shen has taunt and his ulti help you and your team a lot.
Singed - this poison combination can do a lot of damage and he has more useful skills to help you,i played with singed once and it was brilliant.
