Couple of things.

1. Spell vamp on Singed doesn't do much. Though you might get a decent heal from clearing a wave or two, the amount of HP Regen you should be getting with FoN and your ult should be more than enough to keep you going.

2. Boots of Swiftness is just a bad choice all around. Though yes, it gives you a bit of a speed boost, it's not enough extra speed to make up for CC, something which will stop Singed from being useful at all. Without the CC reduction from Merc Treads, your only other option to make up for the lack of tenacity is Eleisa's Miracle (Moonflair Spellblade will help, but doesn't do much other than the +25 tenacity.)

3. Update masteries, please? And for runes, movement speed quints are definitely the way to go with Singed.

Finally, Singed can do well as a tanky DPS type champ, but his true value is to feed up the enemy squishies to the rest of your team. After mid game, even with a crazy amount of AP, you can get kited and killed long before you reach that pesky Trist or Cait at the back of the enemy formation. The key with Singed, I've found, is to penetrate the front line of enemy tanks and melees and mess with their AD carries in the back. Thusly, you need the CC reduction and the tankiness to make it through the initial burst damage you'll invariably face from charging face first into the enemy group.

Whenever Singed shows up on Solo Que, it's always expected of him to tank for the team. Deviating from this dynamic can be extremely dangerous, as it could leave a gap in your team's composition. Though I have no qualms with Singed being played differently, I just don't see that much value in playing him straight AP with no form of CC reduction. People HATE Singed, and will often target him with CC immediately.

I've mained Singed for months now and have tried all sorts of builds. I'd say building him similarly to this but with a bit more tankiness (i.e. replace WotA with Zhonya's or Thornmail depending on enemy team comp) is what allows Singed to tower dive like a boss and fling pesky tower huggers to their doom at the hands of your team.

Awesome build This is my first time with Singed and in 3v3s my score was 4-1-7 and they surrendered I love this build it should be top +1 :)

You should add Heimerdinger to the Teamwork catagory because you can fling them into his turrets and Poison trail with a slow dealing A lot of damage if not Kill

spell vamp is almost useless on singed to be honest... little known fact about spell vamp: if the skill is aoe, the vamp is decreased to 33% of listed vamp. so if you get 25% spell vamp from wota, the poison only heals for ~8%. terrible imo. rest of guide is solid, +1

+1 great build not too tanky not too squishy and still puts out great damage. By the way you might wanna put something like fling has a bad range on cons so people don't QQ that singed has cons. :)

Are you sure WOTA actually heals? In the past it used to not heal since the damage wasn't made by singed but by the poison itself unlike fling which was actually from singed.
