Thank you for the feedback on this. I started thinking about your suggestion about taking out the Frozen Mallet and putting a Sunfire Cape and came up with the following change. I believe an Executioner's Calling would be better served on Trundle. Most 3v3 matches will feature a Morde, Mundo or Tryn on the opposing team and Executioner's Calling greatly hinders these champs in addition to giving additional lifesteal and crit. It's also half the cost of a Sunfire Cape and therefore easier to get during a 3v3 match. I believe if it came down to a 45+ minute match, you could switch the Executioner's Calling for a different item, but then you would have to change it to something better served to hinder the other team or help yours.

Frozen Mallet + Trinity Force is redundant - only one slow will proc. Change out the Frozen Mallet for a Sunfire Cape, and this will be a well-built guide.
