You should have a "print" key somewhere, usually in the right corner of your keyboard. Press it(It takes a screenshot of your display), then just open Paint or Photoshop and Ctrl+V it into a new project.

its usually the print screen (or prt sc) button. it might also be one of the buttons on the functions since you're on a laptop.

once you have the picture taken, open up ms paint and hit ctrl + V or right click and select paste.

you have a new picture.
