About Rageblade, I agree, it's a matter of taste. I like the fact that you don't rely 100 % on your spells, and as I mentioned the passive (around 100 % magic damage ontop of auto-attack dmg) Proc way faster with Rageblade.

As in the section with masteries I mentioned, that Ignite can be exchanged with Exhaust, but Exhaust doesn't benefit Akali a whole lot until it can counter their carries effectively.

I wouldn't use Guinsoo's Rageblade because it's never a permanent stack of AP/AS. Yea attack speed is great but Akali is an AP Burst champion so it won't be very effective for her imo. Also I have noticed a lot of builds say to use ignite. I know ignite is a very useful early game spell but during mid and late game the effectiveness of it becomes almost useless unless you gank a healer and apply that onto them. But this guide looks pretty good overall man. =)
