Speaking of premades, I recently had a duo queue with a friend of mine and we HAPPENED to run into Hypershatter twice on our team in normal game queue. He then proceeded to carry us with his Anivia. >.>

Well Ashe vs Teemo is like this. Use volley to last his a lot, try not to push too hard with volley, when you hit 6, call in a gank. Ult Stun + 2 people = enough damage to usually kill a Teemo. >_>
