I'd also consider a Warmog's if you get Atma's impaler. Especially agains teams, where they don't have a Madred's viable champion.

All in all a good build, though I wouldn't consider Hexdrinker a core item, more of a situational item.

IMO trinity force is lee sins best item. only champion with 7 abilities. resonating strike does a sick amount of damage if you get it early game. try it out sometime.
i usually start with sheen after i get dorans and maybe boots depending on how many kills i get before i go back.
i dont even know how to stress it enough, lee sin procs are seriously unreal. they also help you take down a turret extremely fast because you can just spam your abilities to do over double damage every other hit.
please, try it.
