the attack speed is overkill, with these items you probably max out attack speed which makes half of your passives effect basically useless
lee sin is an assassin, you kick in and dash out to harass, your too squishy to be auto attacking. also, passive plus 7 abilities means that with proper timing you can get your 50% AS buff every 2-3 hits, which is all you need to down a tower. and think if you tried building a trinity force.
7 moves.. 50% AS buff, proc, and energy back for each one.
try a proc build with more AD and see what happens.
