Don't use Blitz in solo fights unless your opponent is near a tower, or has showed great tends to feed. And be careful. The shield often makes players think they cannot die but actually... And beware of Karthus. I don't know the number of times I have seen a Blitz leaving a fight thanks to his shield and when recalling being slained by Karthus' ulti.
Your build is effective and Blitz is a cool char to play with.
