Frozen Heart and Banshees Veil are highly situational. Also, the flow of your wording could be improved.
thanks for the insight on the set up for the guide however, if you read more so about why i chose my items banshees veil and frozen heart are both a must for ryze in any build...
Frozen Heart and Banshees Veil are highly situational. Also, the flow of your wording could be improved.
Actually Frozen Heart and Banshee's Veil are now very important to Ryze. Frozen Heart gives mana for scaling his abilities and half the max CDR needed to help spam his Q every other spell. BV gives mana and between the two you gain health, armor and the spell block passive. This allows some survivability on Ryze while still gaining mana for casting and scaling.
