Singed Guide
Singed, lost in his poison.
Their a REASON why I take RoA over rylai. It's cause rylay doesn't give the mana and health boost. With the bonus of +20 AP , +180hp and +200 mana Early in game you can tank with more ease then rylai. Rylay could be take later instead of abysal scepter but ITS A CORE item RoA for singed.
