Gragas underplayed

He can hold a solo lane, but unless he gets a decent gank or wants to put his life on the line, he can't get much decent harass in. His barrels move too slowly to be able to hit anyone at max range, but if you get close it's not hard to hit with his barrel roll. Late game, he becomes something of a make-or-break cho'gath, though he has the most pushing power of any AP off-tank.[/quote]

Gragas would be SIGNIFICANTLY better if his barrel traveled faster and you could reactivate it faster. Even without boots it's easy as hell to dodge, which makes laning against ranged champions a defensive lane and makes it a pain in team fights because you have to be right up next to them.[/quote]
