If you have the dodge masteries you're better off with dodge. Dodge reduces MORE damage than armor in the jungle, but the difference isn't big.

After the nerf to Strength of Spirit it's just not very good on junglers anymore. You're better off with the dodge masteries. So if you wanna reduce more damage in the jungle dodge runes are better, but like you know; dodge is useless against spells.
The speed boost from nimbleness can be lovely though.

unless you're jax or udyr i can't really think of a champion that would benefit SO MUCH more with dodge instead of armor.
i myself, unless jax or udyr, would grab armor. as they work ALL THE TIME along with reducing damage from spells that deal physical damage.
