Anivia is the most useful probably, she has good damage and CC. It might take you a few games to get decent with her, and she is the hardest to play of the 3, but still not too hard.
Vlad is also good, fun, and easy to use. Vlad is also very survivable so he's good for newer players.
Malzahar is also very fun, but is not as commonly used as Vlad or Anivia because his ult suppresses himself and is easily interrupted.

Although if you want a recommendation, I'd say Anivia if you know you can play her well and Vlad if you're just getting started to mages. Malz is a very good farmer but takes a bit of experience to use.
