Ok i got my acc back. Played a game with GP asap... and tbh... i like him now :) Especialy the Raise Morale is now way more usefull. The CD on the Parrrley is also better eventho it deals less damage it is more reliable on dealing consistant damage on enemy champions.
About the ultimate. It is not THAT big change on damage. It is more reliable source of it but the slow is.... pathetic... but you cannot expect this to slow for 55% as it was... But the amount it slows now is a bit too low too.
Overall for me GP is still very fun to play, a bit more competitive but ulti needs some finetuning :)

I wuld prob say gangs ult is the most useless ult in the game now... Yeah... even worse than udyrs ult. and he don't even have one ;S
