Im not completely sure (it probably does), but the item itself would not be worth building for Taric. There are so many other amazing items you can make for him that give more Manaregen and are cheaper

Wasnt better if u take a sheen instead of manamune and then turn it into a trinity force in the AD Taric?

Just rocked AD Taric finished 10/0/3. Didn't even finish my Black Cleaver before they surrendered. Great build.

Due to the upcoming patch the AD/dps taric build may be the better way to build him.

I really like your AP guide. I would like to do tears>Rod of ages> AA staff. Seems to work more.
