I feel like we need 2 games, one on US, one on EU, so no 'QQ' my ping complaints are made. No runes, no masteries. Only advantage is champions if you're on your main account. Also summoners.

Anyways, give me Teemo or Nidalee and I will literally **** on you. I will ****ing ruin your day. Believe it!

I would say one game EU one game US, draft mode and normal mode. So all in all 4 games.
I would only say no runes, everyone has all masteries so that should be fine :0

Masteries shouldn't be allowed because not everyone has a 30 on each server. For instance, a level 30 vs 1 won't have the same masteries. Level 30 will have... 30 points. Level 1 will have... 1.
