"One shot" is over-exaggerating. You can have all the AP in the world and your Ravage will still be unable to kill even a squishy. You'll see a significant drop in their health, sure. Maybe if they've been afk and is way under-leveled, maybe.

Early game she can be dominator, but when people stack Magic Resist, you are lost. You miss Magic Penetration in masteries, its important penetrate 15% of MR. On the other hand, Greed is waste, it gives you only around 350g per 30minutes, I can farm that ammount in 3minutes.., You dont have magic penetration even at runes or items,... srry -1
