Never buy an infinity edge after a black cleaver and a bloodthirster. The attack speed from the greaves is more than enough to sustain you until you get the black cleaver. Though you have good items, the order should be like this:
Berserker's Greaves
Infinity Edge
Zeal
Black Cleaver
Phantom Dancer
Bloodthirster
Bloodthirster
Berserker's Greaves Infinity Edge Zeal Black Cleaver Phantom Dancer Bloodthirster Bloodthirster
