Holy critface hybrid build
Masteries and Skill sequence are a mess, critcs not very useful on non-crit champion.
Untrue. Only viable way to build Kog'Maw these days is Lifesteal/Crit.
But he's right about your Skill Sequencing being all over the place. Choose the most vital skill, level it up as much as possible, then the next, then leave the last for the very end to level up (obviously getting your ult whenever possible).
This will show the readers that you know which abilities are best for Twisted Fate straight up.
Great build, a lil hybrid but i prefer those myself. try adding some pics and icons (if you dont know, use size format. e.g
